Choosing how your school charges members

This article is designed for school owners who need to configure their school's financial structure on iSpeak. Here, you will learn how to set your membership costs and select a currency that aligns with your school's needs.
Configuring your pricing model
You can select from several structures to monetize your school. Follow these steps to update your preferences:
- 1Navigate to your school's About tab.
- 2Press Settings and select Pricing.
- 3Choose your preferred model and currency, then set your prices.
- 4Review the preview underneath to ensure it matches what visitors will see, then press Save changes.
- Subscription: Monthly or yearly payments, with an optional free trial.
- Freemium: A mix of a free tier and a paid tier.
- Tiers: Two to four named levels of access.
- One-time: A single payment for lifetime access.
Important notes on billing and currencies
Existing members are protected
Switching your pricing model or changing prices will never affect your existing members; they keep the tier, price, and access level they joined with.
Regarding currencies, please note the following:
- USD and AED are supported for card-based payments.
- TMT is for manual, offline collections and remains disabled unless the platform admin enables offline payments for your school.
