Cancel a class
How to free your seat, and when a cancellation costs nothing.

If you cannot make a class, cancel it rather than simply not turning up — the seat goes back to the school and someone else can take it.
Cancelling
- 1Open the school and go to Classes, then My bookings.
- 2Find the class and press Cancel.
- 3Confirm. The seat is freed immediately.
What it costs
- Cancel well before the class starts and nothing is charged.
- Cancel close to the start and a partial charge may apply — the school’s own window decides.
- Do not turn up at all and the class counts as taken.
The exact windows are set per school and shown on the class before you confirm. If you are unsure, cancel earlier rather than later.
If the school cancels
A school can cancel a class, for example if a teacher falls ill. When it does, your seat is released and nothing is charged — you will see the class marked as cancelled with the reason.
Booking a class puts it in your calendar automatically. You can also subscribe to your school’s calendar from any calendar app.
