A training centre in Balkanabat working with people in the region’s energy and transport sectors, where a working command of English and Russian changes what a job pays. Courses are practical and short: technical reading, safety briefings, correspondence, and the meeting language a site engineer actually needs. Because most learners are in work, teaching runs in the early evening and on Fridays, and groups are small enough that everyone reads aloud at least once a session. General English for school pupils runs in parallel. This demo school prices in TMT and collects offline, which is what a centre outside the card networks needs.
